We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service at support@primespick.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Pack the item securely with the RA number visible
- Ship the item to our return address
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status:
- Approved refunds: Credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Rejected returns: Items that don't meet our return criteria will be shipped back to you
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Used or damaged items
- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping Costs
- Standard returns: Customer pays return shipping
- Defective/damaged items: We provide a prepaid return label
- Wrong item received: We provide a prepaid return label
